Sunny jacks - basking in the Hawaiian sun. Bigeye trevally, aka jacks, are night hunting predators. Beautiful to watch, they slowly school during the day while they rest. On occasion, they may briefly form a beautiful ever-turning sphere - but most often they slowly blanket the reef or form a big circle.
